The Pink House offers a distinctive two-level layout that works especially well for families, friends, or multigenerational groups who appreciate a little extra privacy. Each floor has its own entrance and direct access to the backyard, creating two comfortable living zones within one vacation home. Please note that there are no interior stairs connecting the two levels.

Upstairs, guests will find a spacious living room, sunroom, dining area, and kitchen—a welcoming setting for everything from leisurely breakfasts to movie nights after the beach. Multiple living spaces throughout the home feature Smart TVs with cable, giving everyone room to settle in and recharge.

🍽️ Kitchen & dining

The upper-level kitchen is stocked for everyday vacation meals and includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, and wine glasses. A dedicated dining area makes it easy to gather everyone around the table, while the outdoor grill provides another option for relaxed meals at home.

The home features five bedrooms thoughtfully divided between the two levels:

The upstairs queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom, while the two lower-level queen bedrooms share the lower-level bath.

The Pink House offers three full bathrooms, all updated in 2023. The upper-level king primary bedroom enjoys a private ensuite, while an additional full bath serves the remaining upstairs bedrooms and another full bath serves the two bedrooms downstairs.

The backyard is where The Pink House truly shines. At the center is an impressive 50-foot private pool, complete with two approximately six-inch-deep wading areas that offer a comfortable spot for supervised little ones or simply lounging in the water. Settle into a chaise lounge with a book, gather for an afternoon swim, or enjoy your favorite drink at the poolside tiki bar.

A fenced private yard, outdoor seating, patio and deck areas, balcony/terrace, and grill give guests plenty of ways to enjoy the Lowcountry sunshine from morning through evening. Best of all, the beach is less than a two-minute walk from the house.

🚗 Guest access & parking

Guests enjoy private access to the home, yard, and pool. The two floors have separate entrances and are not connected by interior stairs, an important feature to keep in mind when planning sleeping arrangements for families with young children or guests who prefer to stay close together. Self check-in and keypad entry are provided. Parking is limited to the driveway.

The Isle of Palms Recreation Department is just a few blocks away, with a playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball, while the shops and restaurants of Front Beach are approximately one mile away. It’s an easy home base for enjoying the laid-back rhythm of an Isle of Palms beach vacation, whether your days are spent poolside, on the sand, exploring the island, or heading out to experience the greater Charleston area.

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,000.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:

1. Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2. Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3. Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4. Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5. If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6. Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7. Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
8. Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
   11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

• It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.
